Jenny Talley, Vice President of Operations and Sales

Jenny began her affiliation with New Age working as a nanny for the president of the company. Beginning in 1996, she started working for New Age Transportation as a telemarketer and has sat in every operational desk of the business over the years. Jenny's ability to solve any operational issue and come up with new ideas for sales and systems makes her an invaluable asset for the company.

Jenny is responsible for building the billing, customer service, dispatch and call center departments. In addition to ensuring the daily operations of the Time Warner account are handled, Jenny has gotten to know and listen to the needs of customers and develops programs to constantly meet or exceed their expectations. Jenny takes pride in communicating the "New Age" way of doing things to everyone who comes in contact with New Age Transportation.

You would have a hard time finding someone with more dedication and customer focus than Jenny. She knows that in order for New Age to succeed we should go back to the basics of doing whatever it takes to get a job done and treat people right in the process.


Pam Troy, Vice President of Administration

Pam began working in the dining room of Carolyn's home in 1988 as a telemarketer for new business. When New Age was started, she continued to build the customer base and form alliances with different carriers. The goal of New Age at this point in its history was to increase the coverage area to the entire United States as was required by their customers.

In addition, Pam provided administrative support for a growing company and served as a backup for the president. In growing the business Pam did whatever needed to be done from making pickup appointments to dispatching. She played a key role in developing the different departments that make up the current New Age Transportation.


Julianne Comstock, Sales Manager

Julianne began with New Age in 1996 as a Customer Service Representative. She then became the Leader and was responsible for overseeing the Customer Service support staff; ensuring the team was charged while making sure the services New Age promised to provide is what the client gets... and more.

Julianne is now the Leader of the Sales Team. She is responsible for recruiting new sales team members that will flourish in our industry and environment. She enjoys visiting customers, making sure that prospects and current customers know of all of our services and capabilities. Julianne helps customers with their transportation challenges. She also enjoys receiving feedback from customers and using it to customize programs for their specific needs.

Julianne is currently attending Roosevelt University to attain her Bachelor's degree.


Diane Canoy, Assistant Director of AOL Time Warner

Diane is responsible for choosing carriers for Time Warner based on delivery time and price. She works closely with the purchasing managers at Time Warner divisions to ensure quality service is being delivered by New Age. In addition, Diane manages the "call center" for all our cable accounts. She is also instrumental in handling any problems or shipments that require special attention.

Diane joined the company in 2000 and enjoys learning the "New Age" way from other managers and the president. She feels rewarded when she is able to meet the customer's needs and goes the extra mile by always being available after hours or on weekends for our customers. Diane definitely brings a "we can do it" attitude to New Age.


Bill Schanck, Warehouse Manager

Bill is responsible for the organization, development and operational planning in the 86,000 square foot warehouse. Since joining the company in 2002, Bill has focused on maximizing warehouse utilization, developing procedures, communicating with customers, establishing quality assurance, standards and production.

Bill's prior experience includes 13 years in a warehouse/distribution environment. He describes himself as a hands-on manager who goes above and beyond to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Bill has always worked to build rapport with his current and future prospects and ensures safe and timely operations in the warehouse.



Jim Legg, Human Resource Director

Jim joined New Age Transportation in February, 2005. He brings a strong background in human resources, and brings expertise in strategic management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and leadership development. He has a real desire and a passion to help unlock the potential of employees at all levels. Since joining New Age, Jim has a listening ear for every employee and enjoys learning more about each prospective new age employee that walks through our doors.

Jim has over thirty-five years of business experience. Prior to joining New Age Transportation, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of The Callahan Group, LLC; a management consulting firm. That assignment was preceded by twenty-five years of managerial experience in human resources for the Allstate Insurance Company.

Jim has a BS degree in Business Administration from Indiana University with a concentration in Human Resources. He is married and has celebrated thirty-four years of marriage and has two sons.


Megan Smith, Truckload and Customer Service Manager

Megan joined New Age Transportation in July of 2003. She began her career with New Age assigned to the warehouse office staff. Through her ability to learn the transportation, warehousing, and distribution business, she has progressed rapidly assuming management responsibilities for both the Truckload and Customer Service departments.

Megan has dedicated herself to providing a high level of customer satisfaction, and she welcomes large volumes of freight passed through her departments. She likes to focus on the future growth of the company and seeks to bring out the best in her colleagues, on behalf of her customers and carriers.


Megan willingly accepts new challenges that can present themselves in the transportation business. She makes herself available to respond to every request; whether it is a request for a simple direction or help with a last minute shipment. Find a problem, Megan will find a solution!
