She is doing an awesome job with learning new things to handle Insight.
She is always upbeat and smiling.
She is great at motivating people to do things that we didn't think we could do.
She is totally committed and dedicated to making everything right for Insight.
She looks at the whole picture and thinks about what she is working on. If something does not seem "right" or she is not sure, she checks into it.
She is always happy and smiling. This comes across while she is on the phone with our customers and carriers.
